　　3、两家公司累计诈骗514名创业者，金额达9320万余元

　　经审查，2020年8月至2020年12月，段某甲、徐某、王某伙同W公司人员，以“快招”的套路招募加盟商加盟“萨某堡”品牌，骗取210名被害人加盟费4021万余元，因加盟商投诉举报，案发前退还加盟费及物料费共计134万余元。

　　2020年11月至2021年3月，段某甲、段某乙又以“快招”套路招募加盟商加盟“麦某德”品牌，骗取304名被害人加盟费5299万余元，案发前退还加盟费及物料费共计206万余元。

　　2024年12月31日，段某甲、徐某、段某乙、王某4人，被法院以合同诈骗罪分别判处有期徒刑十年十个月至四年不等，各并处罚金50万元至10万元不等，并被责令继续退赔被害人损失。另有5人已被姑苏区检察院以合同诈骗罪提起公诉，目前案件正在进一步审理中。

　　On December 31, 2024, four individuals, Duan A, Xu, Duan B, and Wang, were sentenced by the court to imprisonment ranging from ten years and ten months to four years for contract fraud, with fines ranging from 500000 to 100000 yuan each.
